I love Fall! I mean I really love it!  About the time Fall rolls around, I am SOOOO ready for it!  I’m tired of being hot and the festivities of Fall are just plain fun!  This year was no different.  Fall is a blast, perhaps even more so now that I get to have the fun with the babes. This year I took them to pick out their pumpkins.  They LOVED it, but since I was brave and took them alone and kids get too excited around pumpkins, I didn’t really get many pictures, because I had my hands full making sure they didn’t pick one up to drop and so forth!

One day after church, we were having a bit of mingle time when Moriah asked if she go outside and play in the leaves.  I had to say no!  I just had to!  She had on one of her most pretty dresses and white shoes with white tights…very cute, but not so good for playing in the leaves and DIRT!  So the next week, I dressed them both in their bib overhauls and took them out to play myself!

Perhaps one of my fondest memories of Fall as a child is playing in the leaves!  Isn’t that one for everyone?  LOL!  Where I grew up we didn’t have a lot of leaf falling off kind of tress!  LOL!  We had mostly pine trees, but I remember going to a friend’s house and playing in the leaves all day one time.  SOO fun! My mom bought the kids a big bag pumpkin to put leaves in this year, so we got together with our good friends, the Pecks and played in the leaves one day. The kids LOVED it!

Decorating for Fall is a HUGE favorite around here! I don’t dare leave it up for very long though, because it was a BEAST to pick up in the snow last year!!  I guess I could have left it out longer this year.
